THE PH EMBASSY IN EGYPT PROUDLY JOINS THE 2025 18-DAY CAMPAIGN TO END VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN(VAW)

The Philippine Embassy in Egypt proudly joins the 2025 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW), observed from 25 November to 12 December, in line with Proclamation No. 1172 s. 2006.

With the recurring theme “UNiTEd for a VAW-free Philippines” (2022–2027), this year’s campaign underscores the power of collective action in eliminating gender-based violence. In 2025, we champion a whole-of-nation approach — uplifting youth as changemakers, men as proactive allies, bystanders as empowered responders, and local leaders as catalysts for policy-driven transformation.

Together, let us empower survivors, promote justice, and build a future free from violence.
