Send us an email at cairo.pe@dfa.gov.ph with your (1) name, (2) date of application, (3) and a copy of your receipt. 

I saw my initials and OR number. How do I claim my passport?
Nakita ko ang initials at OR number ko. Paano ako mag claim ng passport?
1. Get an appointment at bit.ly/cairopeAPPOINTMENT for Release of Passport.
2. Bring with you (a) your receipt and (b) your old passport.
**If a representative will claim your passport on your behalf, please include an authorization letter and ID of authorized person along with (a) and (b).
