PH EMBASSY PRESENTS TOKEN OF APPRECIATION TO MS. FRANCIA YBAÑEZ

10 September 2025 – The Philippine Embassy in Cairo presented a token of appreciation to Ms. Francia R. Ybañez in recognition of her service at the Embassy since her arrival on 17 November 2021.

Ms. Ybañez served as the Assistance-to-Nationals (ATN) Officer, where she provided assistance during the repatriation of Filipinos from Sudan. She later became a Consular Assistant, continuing her commitment to public service with dedication and integrity.

The Embassy commends Ms. Ybañez for her outstanding contributions and unwavering commitment to the Filipino community throughout her distinguished career. Ms. Ybañez spent a total of 34 years with the Department of Foreign Affairs.END
