Rwanda St., Bole, Addis Ababa

Those who wish to avail of consular services, please send an email to cairo.pe@dfa.gov.ph and provide the following:

1. Full name

2. Copy of passport

3. Phone number and address in Djibouti or Ethiopia

4. Consular service being requested (Passport Renewal, Lost Passport, Report of Birth, Report of Marriage, Authentication, Dual Citizenship, etc.)
