The Embassy kiosk is open throughout the 30-day voting period (13 April to 12 May 2025), including holidays and weekends, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Make sure you have the following prepared before going to the Embassy:

- Active and VALID email address or phone number for the one-time pin (OTP);

and

- Valid proof of identity or any of the following: Philippine passport, Philippine

driver's license, Philsys ID or Seaman's Book
