The article on the Philippine Ambassador and Egyptian Deputy Foreign Minister exchanging views on migration governance and diaspora highlights the importance of international cooperation on migration issues. I appreciate the focus on protecting migrant rights and fostering diaspora engagement. A public administration course & workshop for managers in Cairo, Egypt could help public officials design effective migration policies, manage diaspora relations, and strengthen international cooperation.

The exchange between the Philippine Ambassador and Egypt's Deputy Foreign Minister on migration governance and diaspora engagement highlights how bilateral diplomacy is increasingly shaped by the movement of people as much as the movement of goods — a policy domain that demands sophisticated public administration thinking at every level. For executives navigating those governance complexities, the public administration seminar & course for executives in Cairo, Egypt offers the institutional frameworks and public sector leadership tools needed to design and manage migration and diaspora policies with genuine diplomatic sensitivity and administrative depth.
