1. Online application at https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph
2. Send by mail to NBI the following:
- Copy of old NBI clearance
- Copy of passport page
- Two 2x2 photos
- Php200.00 processing fee
- Address the mail to:

B. BY AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE (of Filipino abroad):
1. Online application at https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph
2. Authorization letter/Special Power of Attorney of the representative
3. Valid ID of the representative
4. Bring requirements:
- Copy of old NBI clearance
- Copy of passport page
- Two 2x2 photos
- Php200.00 processing fee
5. Submit documents at:

1. See requirements in the first slide (by mail) or second slide (through authorized representative)
2. Accomplish the fingerprint card at the Embassy:
*Book online appointment at bit.ly/cairopeAPPOINTMENT
*1 copy of your valid passport
*Two 2x2 photos
*Fill up fingerprint card at the Embassy.
3. Applicant to submit documents to NBI. The Embassy will issue a certification and the fingerprint card for the applicant to submit to NBI through mail or authorized representative as provided in the first and second slides.

*The Philippine Embassy does not directly issue NBI Clearances, we only issue a certification and the fingerprint card for the applicant to submit to NBI through mail or authorized representative as mentioned in the first and second slides.
