14 November 2023- A 4th batch of 13 Filipinos and their families are now heading to the Philippines. This brings the total of Filipinos repatriated since 07 November to 102.
Consul Bojer Capati led the send off team at the Cairo International Airport.
The repatriation operation was in coordination with the Philippine Embassies in Amman, Jordan and Tel Aviv, Israel. The Philippine Embassy also expresses appreciation to the Egyptian MFA for its assistance in the entry of Filipinos into Egypt through the Rafah border.-END
