1. Based on the work plan agreed upon between Philippine Department of Agriculture – Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI) and Egypt’s Central Administration of Plant Quarantine, citrus exporters and other concerned entities must provide proof of the following:

   • registration of production and packinghouses,

   • management of production units,

   • monitoring for fruit flies and scale insects,

   • management at packinghouses,

   • treatment,

   • packaging and labeling,

   • export inspection, 

   • phytosanitary certification, and

   • food safety.

2. Egyptian citrus exporters may initiate exportation by contacting only BPI-licensed Philippine fruit importers. Official list of importers may be downloaded at https://npqsd.bpi-npqsd.com.ph/import/.

3. The chosen or contracted Philippine citrus importers must apply in advance for a Sanitary and Phytosanitary Import Clearance (SPSIC) from the BPI.

4. Exporters must note that the SPSIC is non-transferable and is specific to individual shipments. An unused SPSIC shall be considered expired after its “Must Ship Out by” date, or twenty (20) days from its issuance.

5. Exporters must ensure that all citrus fruits entering the Philippines from Egypt must be accompanied by a CAPQ-issued phytosanitary certificate, which must indicate the SPSIC number and the conditions set forth in the SPSIC.

شروط و إرشادات تصدير الموالح المصرية إلى الفلبين

 

أولاً: بناءً على خطة العمل المتفق عليها بين وزارة الزراعة الفلبينية – مكتب الصناعة الزراعية و الإدارة المركزية للحجر الزراعى في مصر، يجب على مصدري الموالح والجهات المعنية الأخرى تقديم ما يلي:

 

أ. تسجيل شركات الإنتاج والتعبئة

ب. إدارة وحدات الإنتاج

ج. مراقبة ذباب الفاكهة والحشرات القشرية

د. الإدارة في دور التعبئة

ه. المعالجة

ف. التعبئة والتغليف ووضع العلامات،

ز. فحص الصادرات

ح. شهادة الصحة الزراعية

ى. سلامة الغذاء

ثانياً: يمكن لمصدري الموالح المصريين بدء التصدير عن طريق الاتصال فقط بمستوردي الفاكهة المرخصين الفلبينيين من مكتب الصناعة الزراعية. يمكن الحصول https://npqsd.bpi-npqsd.com.ph/import/ على القائمة الرسمية للمستوردين من خلال الموقع التالى:

ثالثاً: يجب على مستوردي الموالح الفلبينيين الذين تم التعاقد معهم الحصول مسبقًا على تصريح الصحة الزراعية للإستيراد من مكتب الصناعة الزراعية.

 

رابعاً: يجب على المصدرين ملاحظة أن تصريح الصحة الزراعية للإستيراد خاص بشحنة واحدة فقط و غير قابل للإستخدام لشحنة أخرى. يعتبر تصريح الصحة الزراعية للإستيراد غير المستخدم لاغى بعد تاريخ "يجب الشحن بحلول" أو عشرين (20) يومًا من تاريخ صدوره.

 

خامساً: يجب على المصدّرين التأكد من أن جميع الموالح التي تدخل الفلبين من مصر تكون مصحوبة بشهادة صحة زراعية تحتوى على رقم و شروط تصريح الصحة الزراعية للإستيراد صادرة من الإدارة المركزية للحجر الزراعى
