Philippine One-Stop Electronic Travel Declaration System
All inbound passengers shall register at eTravel.gov.ph within 72 hours prior to arrival or departure in the Philippines. Travelers may be required to present their eTravel QR code before boarding.

For International Arrivals
Presentation of vaccination status and vaccination certificate for COVID-19 is NOT REQUIRED. All arriving international travelers are accepted regardless of their vaccination status.

For International Departures
The vaccination requirements depend on the destination country. The Bureau of Quarantine recommends that travelers check the requirements of their destination country.

For OFWS and Seafarers
The issuance of the International Certificate of Vaccination for Prophylaxis for Yellow Fever Vaccine and other vaccination depends on the requirement of the agency/company.
