Diplomatic relations between the Philippines and Ethiopia were formally established on 07 February 1977.
As of 28 February 2023, there are 166 Filipinos living in Ethiopia.
Mr. Tewodros Shiferaw has been serving as Honorary Consul of the Philippines to
Ethiopia since 15 January 2019.
