1. Complete the pdf application form found on bit.ly/PHinEgypt-visa
Note: Please indicate ALL YOUR NAMES as they appear on your passport.
2. EMAIL to visa@cairope.org the following:
a. Signed and complete application form
b. Specific REQUIRED DOCUMENTS for tourism and business trips are listed on Philippines-Egypt.com/visas
c. Copy of your valid passport
d. A passport sized photo with white background
