Patuloy na mino-monitor ng Embahada sa Cairo ang kaguluhan sa Sudan. Nananawagan ang Embahada sa mga Pilipinong nasa Sudan na:
1. Huwag lumabas. Iwasan ding lumapit at manatili sa mga bintana at rooftops dahil sa peligro ng mga stray bullets at shrapnels.
2. Lumabas lamang ng bahay kung talagang kinakailangan (upang bumili ng kagamitan, pagkain at maiinom). I-assess muna nang maigi ang sitwasyon ng inyong kapaligiran, bago lumabas.
3. Patuloy na makipag-ugnayan po sa Embassy o ang Consulado sa Khartoum ukol sa inyong kalagayan. Kung hindi ninyo pa nagawa, ipadala ang malinaw na kopya ng inyong passport at residence visa sa cairo.pe@dfa.gov.ph and ibigay ang mga sumusunod na impormasyon:

1. Stay indoors. Avoid staying near windows and rooftops due to risks of being hit by stray bullets and shrapnel.
2. Venture out if and only necessary (like to replenish supplies, e.g., food and water). Carefully assess the situation in your area before leaving your homes.
3. Continue to coordinate with the Philippine Embassy in Cairo and the Philippine Consulate in Khartoum for your current circumstances.
